Part of the problem in trying to evaluate the Palms is their time
frame.
The most RECENT time frame for evaluation ended on July 15.
Therefore play on June 25 and additional play on July 11 MIGHT have
been treated as being within ONE month, even though it was in separate
calendar months.
I would suggest that you consider the 15th to the 15th as a month
rather than using the 1st to 30th, etc.
