The question came up a few weeks ago, and I finally have an answer from
personal experience. The 3X and 4X point multiplier coupons in those
Palms "Winners Way" coupon books *do* work for the 10-play $0.25
9/6JB "full pay" machines. This despite the fact that they have
those "these machines are not eligible for any promotions" stickers on
them.
Palms is so inconsistent with how they treat those machines. They
can't be used for the 6/7/8 quad coupons in the same "Winners Way"
coupon book.
