I have never put my2 cents in,hear goes, most business failes due to lack of funds,management,knowledge,etc.,it has been stated that Vegas Subs had crowds,my 2 cents feeling could be that the Casino could have killed his business with the high rents/.leases that is hit to the guy trying to make a buck.I inquired about 10 yrs ago at the Riveria that area that backs up to the elevator goin up and down from the buffet.For that little hole which was I would say 5feet X 9feet MAX was like $3500 remember that was over 10 yrs.ago.,and that was at the Riveria not Palms,LVHilton ,or the likes of them.
