Palms scratch cards

I e-mailed George Maloof about what I considered the incongruity of receiving the same T-shirt for both the top and bottom levels of scratch cards.

George, who is always courteous, responded that he would look into the matter, then forwarded it to one of his employees, who called me today.

She couldn't understand my problem, which I explained very carefully.

Very carefully, she read me the parameters for Level 1, which are

Up to $1000 cash
$10-$1000 in Free Play
$75 dining credits
1 night accomodations

and then proceeded to say that nothing above precluded my receiving a T-shirt instead.

How can you argue with that logic? I hung up

what is his e-mail address?...i could have used it in the past...i have never got a response to any feedback i have sent them...
