FWIW, I got a Chairman’s card good through June 2017 under this program. I am still Chairman status per their website and the casino kiosks.
Maybe you had at least 300,000 combined Palms/Stations status credits for July through December 2016. If not, your experience contradicts the information they gave us in writing. Wouldn’t be the first time. Anyway I hope Miss Craps gets her cruise.

Just added up my Stations/Palms combined July-December play. I played just under $16k coin in on video poker. Knowing Stations philosophy on intelligent players, I bailed early.
