All NSUDs have indeed been restored, including up to $25 single line.
However, on the multiline machines I checked, JOB is still 8/6.
I vote for #4 below.

Reason? I don't have any official word but here are some guesses:
1. The drawings are over for the month and the little people got their
wish - the same people who flooded the electric drum didn't always win.
2. The drop dropped severely!!!!!
3. George Maloof heard about it and got so many complaints from the locals
that he decided he really needed advantage players for PR purposes.
4. Who knows???
