For what its worth, I have had a similar experience with the palms, one day, I was staying there I hit $ dueces twice, then a $ royal, they seemed annoyed when I
asked for a room comp, but after alot of hassle, gave it to me.
Despite frequent visits and 100,000 points, no mailed offers. I no longer play there.
Gee if I was only local they would love me.
