Unfortunately, the manager was correct; the employee wrong. Previously when
quad bonuses were offered, the wording was "no wild cards" and in these cases
with the natural quad visible even on a wild machines, management had to pay.
They did wise up and now the offer reads "no wild machines". These generic
coupon mailers to "resident" and "occupant" irritate me a bit. To promote a
new customer base, the property is willing to give a level of coupons that they
rarely give to their so-so players. So much for rewarding the loyal smaller
"player" but let's offer good coupons to the unknown population ( i. e. 3x, $10
for 500 points, quad bonus, etc.).
