Always read the fine print.
I've inquired about this topic several times, and according to the booth
manager, point multipliers are valid on all games and for all promotions
*unless* specifically excluded in the rules. It doesn't matter what the
sticker says on the machine, it matters what the rules of the promotion
state.
So unless you see the "100% and full-pay games excluded" explicitly stated
on the terms of the promo, it's a safe assumption that you're OK. I noticed
that the disclaimer used to be on point multiplier slips from
swipe-and-wins, but it's no more.
For promotions other than swipe-and-wins, the Palms pretty much always has a
little rack card with all the rules and regulations for whatever promos they
run, and while the boothlings themselves may be confused about what's in or
out, the Palms tends to be fairly good when it comes to documentation.

I got a 3x points the other day during a swipe. I asked at rewards desk
if
any machines were excluded. I was told it was good on all macines,
including
100%. I hope that is the case, because I did play on some multiplay
machines
with NSU. I was told points would appear in 24-48 hours, so I will check
today and find out.
