I found out from Club Palms today that in addition to
redeeming points for gifts from the catalog for this
promotion, you can also get gift cards/certificates to
Dillard's, Lowe's, Honey Baked Hams and Ulitmate
Electronics. Redemption rate is 400 points per dollar.
Rule #9 states "Gifts from catalog may be shipped anywhere
in the Continental United States." This sounds like you
are able to have gifts shipped either to yourself or to
another person.
The only thing that sucks about this promo is that you can't use
your EXISTING point balance to buy this stuff. There's only so many
massages and gourmet dinners one can consume....
BTW, do you, or anyone else, know if Palms points can be spent for
ANYTHING exterior to the casino (the way you can spend Fiesta
points, for example, on gas, golf, etc.?). I have almost a million
points gathering dust at the Palms right now.
