On or about August 28th, the Palms Casino deducted points on my account for points used in earlier months. Specifically, points I used for the restaurants (mostly buffet) from June 21st to August 21st. Players club said the Palms (computer system) wasn’t deducting points off, during the June-Aug period, so in late Aug, they deducted a lump sum. Anyone else run into this situation?
