Palms penny 50 play Jacks or Better

As a single line quarter player, I read with some curiosity reports by
board regulars on their sessions on these machines. It prompted me to
give it a try. No happy ending to this story, but hopefully it may
give some more detail that will be illuminative.

To review: These machines are immediately inside the west entrance and
boarder the food court. The coctail waitresses come by quite
frequently. I suggest you order hot coffee immediately because every
few seconds those entrance doors open and you are blasted with a dose
of the cooling Nevada night air. ( A parka is advisable.  )

The results: I manages to run a $100 to a grand final cash out of 150
pennies. I graphically learned that anything less than a pair is going
to be a loser and I will not spoil your visit by telling you what I
think of 4 card straight draws. As a side note the game keeps a
running tally of winning hands in various categories so you do not
have to look at all those tiny hands. It also has a turbo button if
you wish to speed up the dealing.

Some statistics:

Total base hands: 1224 ($2.50 each)

pat hands: 3 flush & 2 straights
three to royal: 7 draws with 1 royal (Hurrah!! $40)
three of a kind: 54 hits for 4 of a kind
holds of a pair or less: 63 hits for 4 of a kind

May your session be enjoyable.
