Palms Oct. VP promotions

The Palms Oct. VP special promotions are not good on any Wild Card machines -
not duces wild for example. Even if you get a natural royal or natural
quads, etc., the promotion is no good if on a Wild Card machine. I double
checked this today.

Apparently last time a lot of stupid players though wild royals were "royals"
good for the promotion, causing a lot of problems, so they changed it.
Unfortunately this isn't good for anyone playing Dueces Wild.

  This is not the way I see it. LOTS of other casions run
similar promotions without problems. I think someone at the Palms
decided to keep their high return games from paying the promo.
This 'explanation' is just a lame bit of spin, nothing more.
