Palms NSUD

Very nice video.
Did you happen to notice if the Palms sign still has "Maloof Family" on it with the now 2% stake the family has?

Sorry if this has been asked before.

I week ago I played and stayed at Palms for the first time in months. In the "full pay" section, the area near reception, next to the 10/6 DDB slant-top machines, there's this sign:

home.comcast.net/~sresnick2/pwpimages/palms_nsud.jpg

What's going on? The NSUD they have on these machines pay 99.7%. Why would Palms advertise them as 98.8%? Are they just mathematically illiterate?

Tangentially: here's the view from the Palms "ghostbar" balcony at night:

They have changed the signs, and now it says 99.7% but NSU is identified as 10/4 --- which isn't very descriptive. Worse, the Joker Wild game is identified as 7/5 (rather than 20/7/5, or 18/7/5, or 17/7/5 or 15/7/5) and is called Full Pay with a return of 98.4%.

One of the questions for Richard Strafella this Thursday on the radio is about calling such a game Full Pay, and how come a 98.4% game requires $2 for 1 point and is ineligible for any promotions? This appears that whoever designed the sign is intentionally misleading players with the "full pay" designation, or is actually clueless as to what the term means. Given that I wish to keep the Palms as a sponsor, I can't really phrase the question as "are you a liar or an idiot?" but I will find a way to get the question asked.
