I was at the Palms this morning and checked on the machines that were rumored to be
downgraded (the 25-cent triple- and five-play bank of ten now in front of Garduno's). As
well as a sticker on the machine stating that the entire machine is not eligible for the Spring
giveaway (it specifies this particular giveaway), the machines are now 15/9, for a return of
98.91%. They don't screw around, do they?
