I believe you may have to play for 2-3 months before mailers start. They
seem to base mailers on a 2-3 month average. One problem is the date of the
start of the month can vary. For example, it could be July 5-Aug. 5, then Aug.
6-Sept. 15, or something like that. Why some months are longer or shorter
than 30 days makes no sense to me! But if you happen to play on July 4,
thinking it will be included in a July average, it may not be.
