The Palms bases its mailers on a three month period of your play. For
instance, your play from (approximately) January 7 through April 7 will determine
your May mailer. Since you have only played as a local for two months, you
might have to wait two more months before you receive a personalized mailer.
You could try going to the slot club and asking if they can look at your
first month's play, and send you a mailer based just on that. It can't hurt to
ask nicely, especially if you played heavily on negative games.
Finally, if you play exclusively 100% games, you may never receive a Palms
mailer. This applies most certainly for those who only play the 25c FPDW
progressive. The theo on that bank is set to exactly zero, and therefore should
not generate any offers of any kind. You do still get single points on those
machines, but that's about it.
