No Palms June mailer here yet either. But also
received the postcard for free play. Mine was for
the 3rd and 4th. Of the dozen or so regular
monthly mailers I receive from Las Vegas casinos,
I have gotten every one of them for June except
the Palms. Somebody has to be last.
I did receive an invitation a few weeks ago for a
Palms Winners Reunion for mid-June. It includes a
welcome reception one evening, a free video poker
tournament the next day and a free slot
tournament on the last day. I am by no means a
VIP, Hot Shot, Big Shot or anything else
important at the Palms. I suspect that this
mailer was possibly sent to everyone who received
a W2-G from them during a certain time period,
since they are calling it a Winners Reunion.
Anyone been to one of these in the past?
There is an announcement on the Gold Coast June
mailer about their new slot card. It says "Club
Coast Coming Soon. Earn points in a better and
simpler way. Redeem at any Coast Casino. All on
one card!" The logos of all four Coast casinos,
including Barbary Coast, are shown beside the
blurb.
