I put in over $50,000 coin at Palms in April, all on .25 JOB 10x and received no mailer for May. Anyone with similar experience?
I had similar experience in Dec. I asked and slot mgr told me "since you only played for gift cards, you won't get a mailer"
Gee, goota love this place. with so many machine restrictions, etc and unknown "rules" like one above.
Some say put some action in on 8/5 BP to get around this. I hate having to play go thru hoops like this.

Seriously, I am sorry that this happened to you. It has happened to all too many
good folks, at too many casinos in recent times.
One can only hope, that as the economy continues to improve, the casino suits
will come to their senses, and once again realize that they need to fill their houses
with live bodies, even at the risk of an occasional AP taking up residence!

I didn't get a mailer either for the last 3 months playing mostly .25 8/5 bonus but I also won. However, I didn't get one when I lost either, but I took advantage of the coupons in the booklet they sent out also and for the gifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Doesn't matter what game you played.
If you WON, you won't get a mailer.
You can still do the promotions though. Like the play for cash, and prizes thing, on jacks or better machines.

I hit a jackpot on a crappy paytable machine, and I did not get a mailer. They said my play was "too strong." When asking for specifics, I was told I had won over $700 over the past 18 months!
Of course that was WITH a mailer.
Not worth playing there now I fear.
