As has been mentioned here before, Palms occasionally sends out
extra Free Play offers to locals via E-mail. For some reason I stopped
getting these E-mails about a year ago. The extra Free Play is usually
on my card when I hear about these special promotions from others. I
have changed my E-mail address twice thinking that might be the problem
but it has not helped. I have asked multiple times at the slot club
but everyone there seems clueless as to how to correct the problem.
One booth attendent told me "if they intended for you to get these
offers then you would get them". It seems to me that if they didn't
want me to get these offers then the Free Play wouldn't be on my card
either.
I know others have had this problem too. Has anyone ever been
able to get it corrected. Does anyone know a contact at Palms that
might be able to resolve this issue? BTW I do occasionally get other
advertisements from them via E-mail.
