Many times it is hard to get information about the bounce-back requirements/policies of a casino. At some casinos you can find out by asking at the slot club desk - and on rare occasions some even post these or put them in writing. Occasionally a host can tell you - but often they do not have this information. Once in awhile I have been able to contact someone in Marketing who will give me the lowdown. Another way is to keep accurate records and then compare them with fellow gamblers. But sometimes, it is easiest on the brain just to give up and play when you want to or go play somewhere else!!!
Here is one snippet of information I found out for the Palms. Their January mailers to locals were based on play from July 21 to (or through, who knows?) Dec. 18
I know they had been extending the qualification period past 3 months (which it had been for some time) for quite awhile now and the beginning/ending dates were frustratingly "floating" - what's wrong with making casino "months" to correspond with calendar months. Do casino executives stay up nights thinking of ways to make their customers irritated so they will go play at another casino???
Anyway, I throw out this bit of information with the warning that, with the constant changing of casino executives, it may not give you any guidance for future months!!!!
