We have at times received our cards as 'hot shots," "super hot shots" and
"big shots" at the Palms. The maximium free play we ever had was $50 each time.
For this month apparently the mailing is for 9 times at $50 (including some
which are bonuses if you pick up the free play at other times) = $450. This
month we are "super hot shots." At the super and big shot levels we have
received $50 in spa credit, 2 tickets for movies, 4 car wash tokens. At regular
hot shots we got only $25 in spa, 1 ticket for movie, and 2 car wash.
I am totally unable to tell you how much play is needed for each level. My
guess is you need a "daily average" of around $10,000 for the hot shot level.
For super it might be closer to $15,000-20,000" but this is purely a guess.
The levels are based on 3 months of play, and your membership lasts for 3
months. If your play level goes down during that 3 month period when you have hot
shot status, your free play amounts may decrease, but you keep the card. If
the play during that 3 month goes down significantly you will lose hot shot
status, or be demoted from big shot to regular hot shot.
If anyone has more exact information on play levels I would like to know.
I would say that to achieve one of these status's you probably need to play
$1 triple play.
