Palms often sends e-mails or postcards for $5-$500 in free play cash,
apparently randomly selected. Has anyone ever received much more than
the minimum amounts? Does anyone in this group know of anyone who has
received the $500? Is it truly random or does it seem that what you get
is based on your previous level of play?

We usually get $50. Which is what we get on each coupon on our monthly sheets. The fact that it is usually/always $50 seems to support the idea that it does correspond to your past play - as we always play the same amount each month.
