Let's see, you can redeem bounce back free play on these machines so I
guess it's not a promotion. On the other hand you don't earn bounce back
free play on these machines because it is a promotion.
You earn comps on these machines because it's not a promotion but the
player's club where you collect your comps is part of the promotions
department.
