Palms' Drawings/100% machines...

According to everyone I've spoken with, including the SD and the person in
charge of the slot club, play on ONLY the 100%+ machines should not even
qualify you for a mailer. I have heard of a few who have slipped through the
cracks on this, though--still getting mailers based solely on 100%+ machine play.
Perhaps just big losers, or simply a mistake. Or, they slip into the Palms in
the middle of the night and play Men In Black!

As has been pointed out here before, it's better for the 100%+ machines to
be exempt from promos than for them to be downgraded or removed completely. An
informed decision can be made, 100%+ play plus .25% in (single) comp points,
or sub-100% play plus multipoint days, mailers, drawings, and other promos.
Players' choice. Or, if you don't like the choices, you can always play
elsewhere.

That would explain my situation. Although I don't play there
frequently, when I did play there, it was always on 100% or better
machines. I figured that my limited play was the reason I never got a
mailer, but your explanation seems to make more sense.

Perhaps I am in the minority, but I would prefer the highest paytable
in lieu of any mailers or point multipliers.

Today i first noticed that Palm's slot cards have expiration dates on them. I tried to use at the buffet and was told i couldn't use it until i renewed. Much to my surprise.
Palm's is getting way too restrictive for me, and I don't just play full pays.
I'll be taking my play elsewhere.
