Once again, the theo on the FPDW bank is ZERO. Mailers are based on average
daily theo. So if that's all you play, you should not receive a "regular"
monthly mailer.
Marketing sometimes sends out "special" mailers for their own reasons. Maybe
to entice small players to play at a higher level, or to get them to play
"bad" games. Or maybe they just send them to everyone in their database who
doesn't receive the "regular" mailers, as an experiment. If you receive these,
good for you, but it's not because you play the FPDW progressive. The Palms'
management thinks that a 101% game, plus .25% in comp points is pretty strong,
without needing to send you mailers. I think I agree, kinda sorta.
