Do the Palms still refrain from sending marketing mail to players who solely
play the FPDW progressive?

I've been splitting my play between those and the penny JoB 50-play (usually
about $1k coin-in before I move over to the deuces) in an experiment
designed to throw them a theo bone, not sure if I'm wasting my time and my
money on the Jacks.

therefore no mailers?
