Do you really think it will do any good to write to George Maloof? I don't the Palms is very interested in locals business. I received no April mailing and had thought it was because I played there only a very few times after March 11. On March 11 I slipped on spilled food in their buffet and fell and hurt my back so was not able to go anywhere for several days. When this happened their buffet manager seemed only interested in having me fill out a report with security. I had thought at least that they might offer to credit my account for the points I used for the meal but I was offered no compensation whatever. In the meantime, my offers from other casinos have increased for April. In the future, I think I will spend my points at Garduno's and then not return to the Palms.
