I talked to Betsy at the Palms (Heidi is unavailable until mid May). She is
the one to talk to if you have questions or complaints on mailings. She says
the mailings for April are based on play for Dec. 4 to March 4, which
explains why people who may have played only last Dec. are still getting
mailings.
She also said that the April mailings were cut - there was an executive
decision to do so. She has already had some complaints.
So do keep complaining, including writing to Mr. Maloof explaining that you
can get cashback at X, Y, and Z casinos so without the free play mailings you
might just as well go play at X, Y, and Z instead of the Palms.
