PALMS COMPS AND BOUNCE BACK CASH PROGRAMS

35. What is Bounce Back Cash? - It is cash or free play that
casinos award their better patrons for redemption on designated
dates. BBC is often on a "Don't ask, Won't tell" basis and the amount
can be influenced by coin-in, daily average, theoretical loss,
machines played, length of time played and actual win or loss over
some qualifying period.

AS MOST OF YOU HAVE READ I HAVE JUST RECENTLY RECOVERED SUFFICIENTLY
TO PLAY VIDEO POKER. I HAVE STARTED PLAYING AT THE PALMS AND KNOW
THAT THEY HAVE NO CASHBACK, BUT DO HAVE BOUNCE BACK CASH AND
$1 IN= 1 PT. AND 400 HUNDRED POINTS= $1 COMP

QUESTION #1 IS THE $1 COMP GOOD FOR MOST RESTAURANTS OR HOW MAY THE
POINTS BE TRANSFERRED TO MY ACCOUNT FOR GOODS OR SERVICES?

QUESTION #2 PLEASE TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE PALMS BOUNCE BACK CASH
PROGRAM. I SUSPECT I WILL GET AROUND 15000 TO 20000 POINTS A WEEK ON
100% GAMES OR 9-6 JACKS OR BETTER. MAYBE MORE POINTS IF MY BANKROLL
INCREASES SUFFICIENTLY.

THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR ANSWERS. TD

I can give you a brief, probably incomplete answer to Q #1. You can
use the points (for sure) with a simple card swipe in the coffee
shop, buffet, and Gardunos. This also applies at most of the higher
end places, but I think one or two are excluded. We have a complete
list on a brochure, but I can't put my hands on it right now.

You can also use the points in the food court, but need to pick up a
comp for other than a few (Ben and Jerry's you can swipe, also I
think the coffee/espresso bar). We often get Panda Express.

A side note about one of their "fine dining" restaurants. The only
one I've been to is N9NE, and I doubt I'll ever eat there. I went in
to have a glass of wine at the bar. I found that it's the loudest,
most uncomfortable "steak house" I've ever seen. If you enjoy going
clubbing, as in nightclub, then you may enjoy it. If you're looking
for a nice relaxing dinner and having a conversation forget it. In
addition to the cramped tables in the regular restaurant there were
many people sitting on low couches or chairs, eating at what looked
like large coffee tables. Not my style, but apparently many people
enjoy it.
