Palms August scratch off promo questions

As usual, lately (I'm looking at you, Stations) the wording on the flyer
for this promo is as clear as mud:

1) Does one have to earn some amount of points to get a scratch card? I
assume so since the flyer says "You keep the points." If so, how much?

2) What does "Maximum redemption one card per level per day" mean?

It boggles the mind how convoluted and
English-as-a-second-language-seeming the verbiage on these promo
flyers/rule sheets always seems to be given how simple the promos
actually are.

on another flyer it states earn 100-1000 base points for slots
or 200-2000 base points on video poker in same day M-W-F
also states starts at 1201am-midnight on promo day
not valid on full pay or 100% machines

as you stated: parts are still clear as mud, but not the no 100%
machines disclaimer
