Palms - annoying screamers

I don't think msscraps will be offended..speaking for myself,

craps is absolutely the most fun game..because you can let loose

don't think I scream at the top of my lungs..but its fun to cheer

for a good shooter...and lament a bad one

it isn't just palms, believe me. and it isn't just women (i don't ever sit

never interfere with a patron's outward 'enjoyment', so i just bring
earplugs with me to every casino. but i would agree with you that it's
really become an issue, for any of us who can't tune
out excruciating decibels.

Is it just me or does the Palms have the worst screamers of any casino. I
rarely ever curse, and if so, normally to myself. But tonight after
listening to 3 women screaming at the top of their lungs with

high-pitched

screams for about an hour, I finally walked over to them (across the room
-
that's how loud they were - screaming every minute or two) and told them
they
were annoying all the other players in the area, and of course, what did
they do - keep screaming even as I was trying to politely talk to them,

so

I
called them bitches as I walked away. This coming from me is really out

of

the ordinary.

Another time I was in the ladies rest room and a woman started screaming
at
the top of her lungs like a little 2 year old because someone had dirtied
a commode with poop. On and on and on she screamed, and in the small
confines of the Palms rest room the sound reverberated making it even
worse.

I don't know what, if anything, is the right thing to do when screamers
keep screaming. If you say anything, they just scream louder at you, no
matter how politely you inform them they are annoying others.
Drunk,stupid, or
crazy, or maybe all three. I don't know.

But maybe Palms security out to be doing something, because it seems like
this is the worst, and maybe, one reason they are losing business?

There are plenty of other places in town for you to play. I think the Rampart is filled with the type of crowd you might be able to tolerate.

How to read the noise in casinos: Noise coming from a craps table means the dice are passing. Noise coming from the sportsbook means the favorite is covering. When the dice are not passing and the dog is covering these two areas of the casino are so quiet you can hear a mouse wet on cotton.

If you like messing with people, like I sometimes do, then when you hear cheering at the craps table, walk up and throw $5 on the don't pass. Or cheer for the dog in the book. Both moves are guaranteed to get some hostile looks.

Incidentally, noise is a technique used by some hustlers to get a tourist/ploppie to leave an advantage slot when it's in advantage mode.
