Is it possible to put Winpoker on a palm pilot or something a little
less expensive than laptop? Of course, today one can even get a cheap
laptop; maybe not much more than a good palm pilot.

Palm pilot? Winpoker?
There is a version of Winpoker for Windows CE (Pocket PC) and it's free.
I have used it on my Dell Axim and others have used it on their Compaq iPaqs.
I bought a used Dell Axim X5 from eBay about a year ago for $90.
Works great...it was like new. I sold my broken one for $50!

Dean has made available a free version of Winpoker for the pocket pc
running window's mobile.
It works great on my Dell axim
Does not work with the Palm OS.
