high or always go low is to avoid "resulting" (A term from duplicate bridge
similar to second guessing.)).
All pairs (other than deuces) have the same value.
In Double Bonus Deuces (and some Bonus Deuces games) the extra value for
some five of a kinds makes aces best followed by 3s, 4s or 5s.
