I was just there yesterday for my monthly pilgrimage. Yes you can use
comps for Outback which opened yesterday. The rule is that comps to
Outback must be taken in $25 increments (ie. $25, $50, $75, etc.) unlike
Denny's, Subway, TCBY where comps may be taken out in $5 increments. Of
course no change is refunded so unused dollars are forfeited.
