I don't know of a California gaming forum, but I would be interested.
This group is the closest thing I've seen on Yahoo.

I am not real sure what you are looking for, but you do use the
word "list" in your inquiry. American Casino Guide does give a list of
all casinos in California, with a general summary of games,
restaurants, lodging etc. This is a link off of this site, but you have
to dig a bit to get to California casinos. I am sure they have a heck
of a time trying to keep it current, but I have found it to be a
valuable source of information.---
