According to the info on this board on the Orleans slot club:
"Points Expire after 13 mos inactivity"
My husband and I went to the Orleans yesterday for the first time in at
least 5 years. Since it had been so long, we went to re-up at the slot
club and were amazed to find that we each still had over 2000 points on
our accounts. They issued us new cards, and when we inserted them in
machines, they indeed showed our old balances.
Pat
Gal at the slot club booth told me a while back that points are purged
after 13 months, however she never seen then ever take any points away
yet. I guess she was right.
