Orleans FPDW - what were they changed to?

I'll bet the NSU at Suncoast and the Triple Deuces at Orleans is an
experiement to see which game the recreational players prefer. My guess
is the NSU gets played at a lower skill level but the Triple Deuces will
be more intoxicating. Which ever game wins out will decide the new slot
club point system.

They have not touched the 10/7. And these paytables are not that
horrible,
the return is just a smidge under 100%. Problem is it's still about 1%
below what they were and the variance is astronomical.

We were at SC Thurs nite and the .25c nsud were deserted in front of
Terrible's and The Ice Cream shop. The ones in front of the ice cream
shop used to be always full. The casino was doing normal business
otherwise. The only sud being played were the multidenomination in
front of Terrible's and almost all at the 5c level. We were at Orleans
last week and the converted triple deuces were deserted. So far the
old FPDW machine at getting no little or no play at either casino.
This does not mean that FPDW is coming back. I believe nothing will
happen until the one card system and the new upgraded cashback has been
in effect. They probably feel that higher Cashback will be a marketing
ploy that will offset the lack of FPDW. The deuces machines will
probably be changed to other VP options and slots. I do feel
eventually some but not many(like Stations) FPDW will be re-introduced.
I think they changed to one month from three months figuring that
they would lose customers when they dumped the FPDW. With a one month
qualifying period it would be very easy to get back onto their mailing
and thus have customers return. Will it work? Hard to say. I hope
not, but you never can tell, It has possibilities.
So far we are very i9mpressed by the frequent promotions at Fiesta
and will see how Sunset works out.
