The Orelans has signs above some of their video poker machines advertising 1700 video poker games (machines, not sure) that pay 99% or more. Based on what they actually have I figure that they are counting multi game/multi-denomination machines for each game they might have at over 99%.
To my knowledge at the Orleans I have seen 9/7 $1 and 25 cent DB progressives,
quarter $ACES, 9/7 triple play progressive D/B in nickels and quarters, 7/5 multistrike Super Aces, 8/5 BP multistrike, 8/5 BP at the bars (this may have changed), and I believe a full pay deuces bonus quarter progressive.
The only 100% item I could find (other than a progressive getting to 100%) were the voucher redemption and bill change machines. The payback on the ATM's had a house edge of 0.3 % to 15% depending on the size of your withdrawal (assuming your bank doesn't charge you as well).
