I've never seen this pay table anywhere either, IF the 4 & 5 coin
figures refer to the straight payoff. Perhaps, Dan was referring to
the somewhat common (in Reno) 40 & 50 coin straight flush pay (for
example, 10/6/40 and 9/6/50) and just left off the "zeros."
