I have heard that the Orleans has hired someone to identify "better"
players and these individuals are then "put off" progressives when
they reach into positive territory.
They are not barred from the Orleans but are prohibited from playing
progressives.
If this is the case, if all the better players are denied the
opportunity to hit the royal, then only tourists or non knowledgeable
people will be playing and this will result in extended play and more
profits for the casino.
Question- - - Does this influence the randomness factor in any way?
Are the Civil Rights of the "advantage" players being trampled on?
Is this something that should be brought to the attention of the
authorities?
