A While back, heard a tale regarding the Barbary Coast. A certain player had
the power if he wanted to play at a Progressive Bank that was about to burst,
casino management would make sure he got a seat, even tho they might have to
kick the proverbial little old lady from Pasadena off a seat. Seriously,
she/he would be told to leave. I guess when all is said and done, "Management
reserves the right" (read casino) to do whatever they want, even barring
advavantage players from ripe progressives. So barring players from ripe progressives
