Cardfather, I've seen this promotion at several casinos over the years, and
they all hve a little box in the lower left-hand corner that also must be
scratched off IF you already have the matching moneybags. There has to be a
certain number of stars in that box to win the prize. I've always scratched off
that box on all my losing tickets and I never saw one with the right number of
stars, which means that those tickets didn't have prize-winning potential even
if I had guessed right on which squares to uncover.
