Is there a software program out there to practice my OEJ strategy? I’m from MN and exclusively play at Grand Casino where they have quite a few of these machines and from what I see are all 100%+ machines

You might want to try online at vpgenius.com. The printed strategy chart they can generate is not as accurate as practicing on their software.

Wolf Video Poker has OEJ. It’s my favorite of the many video poker strategy/practice programs I’ve used, and it supports Windows 7, and runs under WINE on Mac OS X. (For most purposes the free version, Frugal Video Poker, is adequate; but I’m pretty sure Frugal doesn’t have OEJ.)

OEJ is an interesting game. I wish more casinos had it.
