For some reason I am not allowed to check my account balances on-line.
For the past several months it says "Please see a VIP host" in the fields
for cashback and comp dollars. It does show my point balance however
from which you should be able to calculate your cashback. The boothling
at Circus Circus here in LV said she had never seen that before. I tried
to collect my cashback but gave up after a 20 minute wait for a
supervisor to return from dinner.
