That is correct. The only way that the 1/1081 would apply to the first line
is if you were looking for two exact cards - such as trying to fill in 3 to a
royal.

A common error. What you've forgotten is that the first draw may be any two
cards, so the 1080-1 shots only occur on the other two lines.
