inetbet is well known, has full pay vp, and is *very* reliable (they
actually will wire withdrawals to your bank within a day or so). you can read
reviews of them at any of the main online review sites. the only one i can
tell you absolutely to avoid, in spite of their come-on bonuses, is cool cat.
they're like an insurance company--they try to drown you in email, phone
calls, etc., hoping you'll finally just walk away.
