Not at all. She got the other party what she was entitled to. However,
there were flaws.. a leaking water purifier, things like that which ethically
needed to be fixed and she made sure they were. She got me (normal I think) a
one-year insurance policy on the house which was a good thing since the
seller had misrepresented things (not Martha's fault and not discernable until I
took occupancy of the house). Long story short, she did fine for both parties.

It's 99 percent of the lawyers who give the rest a bad reputation!!!

Has anyone been to the Barbary Coast lately? Is Lisa Vios still there? Is
Michaels still open? Do they still have NSU .25 5 play? When will HET take
over? Any info?

Thanks

What is the minimum coin in /day to get RFB, Suite, Limo at SP ?

Thanks

your agent should be an advocate looking after your interests...not
dissimilar to a lawyer...can you image going into a courtroom as a
defendant being represented by the prosecutor...for instance has
anybody met a seller who didn't want to get max price from their real
estate and the buyer wanting to get it as cheaply as possible...the
only way i would agree to something like this is if the buyer loved
the placed and was willing to pay the full asking price...many
brokers don't ever permit dual agency under any conditions as it is
an easy target for a lawsuit later should either party become
dissatisfied after the fact...

Yes, yes, yes, yes, and don't know.

To elaborate, we stayed there Dec 13-16. We didn't see Lisa,
however, our stay was arranged through her, and, reportedly, she was
around. For my money, the best fun club person to deal with there
from a knowledge and availability standpoint is Liz.

Michael's was open.

There are 14 triple/five play $0.25 machines that have NSU Deuces.

Rumours as to what will happen, and when, respecting HET's takeover
abound, but since I don't really know anything, I will remain quiet.

Stayed there December 18-23. Lisa is still there. I saw her the day
of the Harrah's buyout announcement. She was optimistic that things
won't change much, but who knows? I had made some of our arrangements
through Liz Hines (middle-aged blonde woman who works the club booth
sometimes) and she cautioned me that we should make any future plans
(we were thinking of May) as soon as possible, before February, so they
still have some flexibilty.

Is Michaels still open?
They were in December but I think they move sometime this month.

Do they still have NSU .25 5 play?

Yes, they are still there as listed in the database.

When will HET take over? Any info?

I think April is the target month for that. I'm hoping since the BC is
profitable already that they will leave the vp alone, but that didn't
stop them from slashing and burning elsewhere. I just signed up to be
the casino monitor so I hope anyone who learns anything will let me
know.

Thanks,
