Not at all. She got the other party what she was entitled to. However,
there were flaws.. a leaking water purifier, things like that which ethically
needed to be fixed and she made sure they were. She got me (normal I think) a
one-year insurance policy on the house which was a good thing since the
seller had misrepresented things (not Martha's fault and not discernable until I
took occupancy of the house). Long story short, she did fine for both parties.
