Off topic - DOWNTOWN Car Rental

I apologize that this post is off topic, but I've seen car rental
talk here before and know some of you are pretty knowledgeable on
this subject.

I need to rent an intermediate/full size car (5 people) Feb. 9 - 12.
I want to pick this car up and drop off DOWNTOWN. No shuttle to the
airport and back. I want to walk from Main Street Station to the car
rental place to pick up/drop off.

I did some research and found Budget and Dollar downtown. Both have
pretty good rates (about $110 for the 3 days).

If you know of other places with better deals, or have discount codes
for Budget or Dollar I'd sure appreciate it.
