Currently NYNY offers cashback, comps, and free merchandise. In
preparation for their conversion to the MGM-Mirage Players Club they are
eliminating the free merchandise component on 4/3. Cashback points will
roll over into the new club and will not be lost. Not sure how the comp
system works there ie comp banking. Most merchandise was already gone
last week. About all they had left were some very cheap T-shirts and
tank tops in size small and XL yellow/black checkered boxer shorts. They
were offering the spa certificates and some golf pass certificates (the
later required a high number of merchandise points).
If you could win all the time it wouldn't be gambling, it would only be a
job.
